This is so monumental that it deserves its own post. Rick C made the first salsa of the year! And it's almost all made from our homegrown produce.
It was delicious! It contained a Sweet Tangerine, an Early Girl, and a few Borgs, plus a red onion, and some Big Jim peppers (from Rick C's yard). Only the cilantro, vinegar, and lime were not homegrown.
