Catherine hates it when I make Jerky in her new oven so I got this new drying rack from Amazon. It has three racks and a drip pan underneath. This should help keep the peace.
I also found a nice two burner camp stove at Big 5 sporting goods.This will be great for canning outdoors. This should also be a great peace keeper.
Last but not least I bought this commercial grade blender. It'll be great for making Chile paste, and seeing as how I burned up Catherin's old one last year.........well you get the picture.
