"To compete in the salsa contest, people should bring a legible copy of their recipe and at least one quart of their best red, green or fruit salsa, made with tomatoes or tomatillos. Entries will be accepted 9-10 a.m., with judging starting at 10 a.m. Winners will be announced at 11:30 a.m. Best salsa and best presentation will each win $100."
So, we felt that the Amberglen Farm should be represented. Rick C will do the fixing. He is going to use his version of grilled salsa.
Clearly, he's a man outstanding in his field.
